Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?: Yes. You can change your plan at any time from the billing portal. No data migration is needed — resources are adjusted on the existing instance. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing period.
What happens if I exceed my monthly traffic limit?: Your connection speed is automatically throttled to 20 Mbit/s for the remainder of the billing period. No overage fees are charged. Speed is restored at the start of the next billing cycle.
How and when am I billed?: All plans are billed monthly in advance, on the anniversary of your order date. An invoice is generated automatically and sent to your registered email address. Payment is due within 14 days of the invoice date.
Are prices inclusive of VAT?: No. All listed prices are exclusive of VAT. EU customers may be subject to VAT or reverse-charge VAT depending on their country and registration status. Business customers with a valid EU VAT number may provide it at checkout.
Which operating systems can I install?: Debian, Ubuntu LTS, AlmaLinux, Rocky Linux, and more are available directly from the server control panel. Custom ISO upload is also supported for advanced deployments.
Can I cancel at any time?: Yes. There are no long-term contracts or lock-in periods. You can cancel at any time through the billing portal. The service remains active until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued.
Is there a setup fee?: No. There are no setup fees, activation fees, or hidden charges of any kind. You pay only the advertised monthly rate.
What is the uptime guarantee?: We target 99.9% monthly network and server availability. In the event this target is not met due to a fault on our side, you are entitled to a service credit. See our Terms of Service for full details.
